E’s Parents also reported that their general wellbeing had improved, and their family quality of life had also improved.
ABL have supported the family & ED to a successful transition from Primary to Secondary SEN School, surrounding the home routine before and after school.

ABL have supported parents and external professionals to support the diagnosis of a learning disability which has been accepted and diagnosed.

Future Plans

Build on E’s emotional recognition and understanding, this should allow E to recognise the emotions he’s feeling, once he is able to recognise these we can work on strategies on how to process these emotions, this will reduce the amount of episodes of behaviours of concern.

ED is currently undergoing a behavioural functional assessment with our BCBA Behaviour Analyst to understand the functions of behaviours and introduce new interventions.

Reduction in physical behaviours
Understanding by both parents and YP around behaviours and triggers
Supported family with LA to be rehoused in suitable accommodation
